Current similar sized units are asking for around $4,000 at the moment. For $4,500 and above, your unit might take a longer time to be rented out as there are slightly bigger size units going at that price as well.
Unless the condition of your unit, unit is nicely fully furnished, probably still stand a chance but nevertheless, tenants are still price sensitive.
If your main motive of buying this unit for investment, you should focus on the right price to let it out for rental FAST. If not, you will be losing rental ($4000/ mth) that you should earn for just the small few hundred difference ($100-$500).
