Very simple analysis, as of today, listed for rent on propertyguru for Parc Oasis are 142 lists. On top of that, with competition from neighbouring projects also looking for tenants, do you see your unit to be among to cream of the crop for tenants to fall in love with your unit and willing to pay for such price?
It is possible to rent out at $4500, however, with competitive units looking at lower rental, chances are that these lower rental units will be taken first before yours. Are you comfortable in having the unit being vacant for sometime before someone takes up the rental?
