Hi,

It depends on the share value of the unit you purchase, generally the bigger the unit the higher the maintenance fee. It should typically be around 300-350/month. Finishes is pretty standardized as usually owners when they move in may have moved on with newer design concepts then.

Hi, I am afraid that you can't choose the colour of the furnishing tiles and cupboards as that is all fixed by the developers. But looking at the bigger picture, this project is definitely one of those that will command good capital appreciation as well as high rental yield due to the fact of the 5 mins walk to Aljunied MRT and with James Cook University right besides it. Unfortunately you are not able to customised the colours for the interiors as it is standard sop for the whole project by the developer. Looking at that area,its is one the largest project in that estate, near to mrt stations, with many shopping, numerous amenities around the vicinity. Rental demand is high there as it is near to many commercial, industries, schools. Lets discuss in details on the furnishing and units available for this project.
