I've just renovated my 1350sqft apartment (location near Paya Lebar MRT) and had converted it to 6 rooms. Each room sizes from 100sqft-150sqft and has Window. Each room will provide New Aircon, New 32" TV, New Wardrobe, New Bed/Mattress, Ceiling Fan, Stand Lamp, curtain, UV Window Film. Common area secured with CCTV. There’s 2 toilets available, kitchen allow for light cooking. I intend to rent out individual room inclusive electricity/water bill. Can anyone advise what will be the best price and anyone interested in marketing it?
