I’ve been trying to get a viewing arranged with the agent when this was first listed under a price tag of $718,000. However the agent have been either ignoring me, giving excuses such as reservists (but still telling me it’s available) and back to ignoring me again. Does PropertyGuru allow such practices?

Hope this msg answering your question. From what you’ve mentioned, this seller did request for price increment almost 5%. It’s a challenging situation for the marketing agent, selling price is not set by him.
