Both are possible, but through an agent your interests are better protected, the necessary paperwork/drafting of contract you need not worry about it and we qualify tenants to your preferred tenant profile requirements.

Also, a responsible agent will be there to offer long-term support should any dispute arise midway through the rental period, and be a point of contact to manage both parties concerns. Hi Felicia,

You can do it on your own however you will probably need to have the right network of friends or avenue of advertisements to attract prospective tenants. I am unsure if you have came across my HDB Bedok team who has been very active in Bedok Central and the estate itself. Perhaps we maybe able to assist you in securing the right tenant?
