Dear Alex,
Are you looking for your own stay or purely for investment? If it is more for your own stay, my advise is to go in when you can afford comfortably instead of waiting to see how the market goes, as no one knows when is a good time to enter exactly until the moment is gone.
If you are looking at investment, my suggestion would be to look for other projects probably landed properties, where the potential for appreciation is higher. I do have on hand a few good buy units for landed properties, which if you are interested, can contact me further for discussion.
