It seems that there is almost no amenities in Amber Glades, no swimming pool, playground, gym, etc. It does not compare favorably to other properties in the Amber Garden area. However, prices for rent seems to be the same as the others. What is the appeal for listing Amber Glades as much as the other properties with amenities? Why are the listings as expensive?
