Morning,
That's a golden question which many have being asking. About 8 to 9 years ago, Pinnicle @ Duxton is going at $400k to $600k. Everyone say the price is crazy. It will take at least 15 years to see possible slight profit. But as per today's context, that particular same project is the potential million dollar unit project. Is the price today too high for reach? Maybe but where else can Singapore built more properties with the land limitation?
