Dear Vincent,
There has never been a wrong time to do investments but rather if you are doing the right investment. My fellow professionals are as excited as me with the recent news release and ongoing developments. With Euro seemingly trying hard to move out of their crisis and Hong Kong announcing the controls for foreigners purchasing their properties, their next likely destination for property investment is likely to be our beautiful island. With these healthy signs, what are the likelihood for one to go wrong with the investment? No one knows for sure when will the troubles of Eurozone surface again, no one knows for sure how the economy in US will turn out and what are the control measures our government will introduce to curb property speculation in the event that foreigners indeed swamp to our island nation for investment due to the restrictions in Hong Kong.
My advise is if you do not know the juggernauts in this investment, don't play with fire. Invest in something that you are knowledgeable about rather than listen to anyone else, because should the investment goes wrong, these people who advises is not going to be responsible for it.
Let me know how I may assist you further.
