If you are looking to purchase a property for investment, you may want to consider the future upside potential of the development and the ease of attracting tenants so that you can easily rent the unit out to enjoy a good rental yield while waiting for capital appreciation.
For Parc Botannia, in my personal opinion, it may not be near to major tenant catchment area and therefore it may not be the best choice of investment project that is available in the market.

In my opinion, Parc Botania is more suited for own stay than for investment.
If you're looking for investment property, you should look for something that is of greater convenience. This will allow you to rent out the property much more easily. If possible, get something that's near to the MRT.

I have differing opinions with quite a number of my fellow professionals in that I think it is a relatively sound project to look at in terms of investment as it has a decent entry price to begin with. With its location relatively near to Seletar Air Hub, the pool of tenants maybe attracted to this project given that rental of the units can be lower in comparison to neighbouring projects where prices could be launched at a higher price, therefore targeting a higher rental price on the apartments.
Being in an up and coming estate, there will be bouyant transactions, with upgraders looking for projects within similar neighbourhood to cater to the children's school therefore you can be expecting a decent pool of interest in terms of resaleability.
