Is there contra facility for current HDB owner buying condo? My current HDB is fully paid for. If I buy an old condo, I need to pay a 5% cash and subsequently a 15%. When do i need to pay for the 15%? Just wondering if i can pay that after I sell my HDB? Is there and 3 bedroom FH condo available that is below $800K?
