Is there any proce reduction which has happened for real in provate mass market segment ? I don't see any !

Price reduction usually is in form of rebates or vouchers, with some projects launching at slightly lower price than anticipated. If you are looking for Great Singapore Sale, you will probably be disappointed as the real estate market has yet to crash and I have observed an increment in transactional volume lately.
Let me know if you are looking for decent purchase. Perhaps I can assist you in the process as I have just assisted a buyer purchase a landed property more than $300k below bank value and sold off his apartment too.
