As long as both SPR are married, have being holding onto the status for more than 3 years and is willing to remove their private property ownership within 6 months from key collection, they are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.

Hi,

For SPR married couple, as long as each have held SPR status for 3 years individually and remove all private and overseas property ownership, they will be able to purchase resale hdb. 4/5 room flat not an issue.

The only regulation is that both of you will have to be PR for more than 3 years before being able to buy a HDB resale flat.
