Is there any income ceiling for purchasing resale condo/ Hdb?

Afternoon Catherine,
To purchase resale HDB or condo using bank loan, there is no income ceiling. But to purchase resale HDB with HDB loan and/or grant, the income ceiling is capped at $10k.
