As you have a young daughter - most likely neighbourhood thriving with night life may not be matching neighbourhood for a young daughter.

Singapore is a small country with good public transport infrastructure - MRT proximity is ideal but there are many public bus transport too and a large fleet of efficient cab services on call reach.

Suggest where your daughter may find work, and what rental budget comfortable for you would be good guideline to select the best possible options.
