Is there a regulation/law that mandates that all landlords must sign on tenancy agreement?

Hi Mdm Chan,

By right, all the rightful owners would need to ink on the TA when leasing a unit, just like the same would apply to the selling as well. However, I do have rental cases where I only get just 1 owner to sign on my TA as the other owner is based overseas.
