Is there a law saying that I can't submit my termination letter too much in advance even though we give to the 2 months notice as agreed on the agreement? For example: My contract was up in Jan 2014 so instead I give them the notice letter in Jan, I gave them the letter 2 months earlier instead but still stated on letter that my contract is up in Jan 2014 & 2 months notice, I will move out in Marc. Meaning we still follow the clause but only different is we gave the document in advance. Your advise would be very appreciated. Thanks
