Hi,

The max amount of CPF (called withdrawal limit) that can be utilized is typically up to 120% of the property price/valuation (Whichever lower). This is the only "cap" that affects your purchase. May I know which EC are you considering at the moment? Will be glad to do a full illustration of the financial breakdown so you can have a better idea what to expect with the upgrade.
