A tenancy agreement protects both Tenant and Landlord in cases where disagreement arises during the course of the stay. We have heard of cases where Landlord and Tenant extended the lease without any written agreement after original lease expires, and disagreement arises during the course of extended stay, resulting in claims and counter claims due to the lack of written agreement.
