Hi, Visioncrest Residence tends to have a better rental yield as it is highly sought by Japanese tenant and most of them are under corporate lease. And also it is only 5 mins walk to Dhoby Gaut MRT Station. I have a few units for sales as well as rental at Visioncrest Residence and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
