Is Prestige Heights located at Balestier a good buy? Thought of buying the one bedroom unit 409sft but not sure if it will be too small to live coz it is inclusive of aircon ledge and balcony. I understand it is a shoebox but most one bedroom condo now cost 500-600k and above plus with this price, most are shoebox sizes between 300-400over sft. Is the traffic condition from balestier towards CTE towards the airport extremely bad as some said yes while some said no.

Prestige Heights IS Located in Balestier.. 348 Balestier road.
Good investment value cos just 2 mins walk & you have the cinemas & esteriers.. also enhance by the newly built 中山公园...
