Is Parc Oasis a hidden GEM in term of En-bloc ?
The plot ratio of Parc Oasis is 2.0, however, the plot ratio of condo around it are either 2.8 or 3.5 ( even HDB surrounded it are having plot ratio of 2.8), the vacant land beside it that facing the Chinese Garden is having plot ratio of 3.5.
Judge from the location that very near to Chinese Garden MRT station, near the Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden, Lakeside Garden, one MRT stop to jurong East MRT Exchange, IMM, JEM, Westgate shopping Malls and with current transformation of Jurong lake District, Is the Parc Oasis condo is very much under value ?
If it's plot ratio be change to 2.8 or 3.5 ( plot of land just beside it is 3.5, and plot of land beside Dairy Farm Residences had been changed from 1.4 to 2.1) , is the owner have high chance of getting around one million dollar above the existing market transacted price ?
