Is my ex husband able to pay a lump sum using cpf $15000 to hdb loan for a obvious evident that he do made a contribution to the flat without my consent will affect my chance of requesting to obtain 80% of the selling profit base on unusual behaviour. Since for the past years have been deducting from CPF account.

Morning,

You are on the process of divorce with your husband or have you received the decree? It purely dendent on the court order unless specifically stated. Your husband, who is still in the process of divorce, does have the rights to make lump sum payment, without informing you as he's also the rightful owner.
