As the number of projects TOP within Flora Drive and its vicinity, more and more residents will be shifting in over time, therefore supporting amenities will also develop over period of time.

The advantages of units within Flora Drive and its vicinity is the proximity to Changi International Airport as well as Changi Business Park, where there is consistent demand for rental if you are looking towards rental income. The resort styled living in the various projects within the area are also highly captivating.
