Hi Mr Balamrugan, I have access to units for sales in both Tag A and Tagore 8. I am myself a business owner and an investor, so I think I am qualified to answer your question. Both developments are side-by-side, I would say that Tag A is far more expensive per unit and has more bells and whistles which as a business owner or tenant, I might not be interested in. Tagore 8 is a much more basic traditional development which appeals to the down-to-earth business person and investor. So if money is no object, I will choose Tagore 8. A business owner that is looking to impress will buy Tag A, because it is of better quality design and features. It will appeal to a different class of tenants and buyers, like IT/software development, Media production etc. Which could be higher paying tenants. These are trades that can fully utilize 100% of the space as approved by URA for office use. There are other FH projects that you did not include - that would be completed projects like 6 Tagore, and 9 Tagore, but that will be not a fair comparison. Do contact me for further analysis
