Is it true that SPass cannot rent whole condo unit?

Hi, as long as you possess a valid pass, you would be able to rent the whole unit be it a HDB flat or a condo.

Not sure where you heard it from but it definitely not true. As long you have a valid pass issued by Singapore, then you definitely can rent a condo here.
