Is it true that it is harder to sell a house during Hungry Ghost Festival? Why?

Afternoon,
That's not true as transactions still does take place during the festival. If you are talking about toughest period to sell a unit, that would be during Christmas and CNY.

Nope, not true. As long as unit is priced right, it will move off the resale shelf.

From my experience, it's not entirely true. Rightly priced properties will still sell.
