Where did you get this idea from? Have you read the newspaper report article in The Straits Times yesterday, 21st July 2014 under B12? Spring Grove is a leasehold project which is attempting to go enbloc. In general, as long as the project has got potential to upsell in future as assessed by the developer, the prospects of going enbloc will still be good.
