Is it the current market practise to pay tenant's agent 0.5 or 1 month rent as commission for a 2 year lease? Thank you.

Jane here.
Yes is the current practice that 2 years lease 1 month rent with GST if the agency is GST registered.
I am already in the industry more than 8 years since 2013.
