PropertyGuru primarily features listings from registered agents with paid subscriptions, not directly from property owners.

Even if PropertyGuru allowed it, I'm not sure it would really make sense for a property owner to pay $10k-30k for a propertyguru account just to post one property... Unless you have multiple properties to post as well then maybe it could make sense.
