    Hi Isaac,

    If you will to appoint me to further assist you in house hunting for a rental unit, the commission that you be paying me will be for half a month of rental plus gst for a 1 year lease.

I'd say it is not possible base on current rental demand. It is quite crazy as I have rented out 1 bedroom at above $3,000. Read More
