I will not rule out the possibilities of getting a 3BR at Lakeholmz for $1.05m range now. It depends on the availability of the unit, and also the motivation of the seller.
There is a 1249sqft unit transacted at $1.055m back in June 2014, and prices has has remained soft though we can see a rise in transactions of resale condos this 2 months.
We all know it's a buyers market now. Anything is possible.
