Is it possible to find a condo in bishan at $1000psf or slightly above?

Good morning buyer,
May I know how many bedrooms condo you are looking at? Normally for smaller condos, PSF is higher.

If you can increase your budget up to $1.35M, I guess there are quite a number of units in Rafflesia or Bishan 8 for your selection. If not, your choices are very limited and restrictive.
Maybe let my banker advise you on your in principle approval first so you can gauge how much loan you can obtain.
