Is it possible to buy a private flat in the name of my parents but my wife and I will pay for the private flat using our CPF and also will be paying for the monthly instalments? Plan to stay in the private flat with my wife.

What to get a BTO HDB but need to get a place to stay first. At the moment unsure if want to sell the private flat when BTO is ready OR to wait till after MOP and have parents transfer the private flat back to me.

Any potential problems with this plan? Thanks.
