Yes it is still possible to purchase a FH 1200 sqft condo in D9 and 10 for up to $2m.

Hi,

There were 3 transactions in D9 & D10 in Aug 2014 that met those requirements, namely in Ridgewood, Valley Park & Chiverton. The 1st 2 are 999-leasehold, whereas Chiverton is freehold. D9 & D10 are rather big, what are the specific areas you are looking at? Are the areas, where the aforementioned projects are, something you will consider?

It is very much possible to buy a freehold 2BR or 3BR in D09 and D10 in the range of $2m.

If you are looking for an investment property, I can propose some of the "value-for-money" properties which you can look at.
