Hi,

There were 3 transactions in D9 & D10 in Aug 2014 that met those requirements, namely in Ridgewood, Valley Park & Chiverton. The 1st 2 are 999-leasehold, whereas Chiverton is freehold. D9 & D10 are rather big, what are the specific areas you are looking at? Are the areas, where the aforementioned projects are, something you will consider?
