Hi Nikolaj,

The minimal rental tenure based on regulations is 6 months in Singapore and tenants are required to hold a long term visit pass (Employment or Student Pass) on minimum to secure the rental. As mentioned by Geryl, the minimum legal rental period in Singapore is 6 months. Perhaps you would like to consider Serviced Apartments during your stay here?

If you would like to DIY, I recommend advertising in online forums and Classified papers. For better exposure, you might want to consider engaging 1 or 2 agents to help to market your unit.

To clarify your doubts, the minimum rental term whether for condo / apartment / HDB is 6 months.
In order to be eligible to rent a place, your visit pass should also be valid for at least 6 months.
