Is it possible for a Employment Pass holder to buy a condo here in Singapore? If yes, then what would be an initial investment if condo price ranges btw 500K to 700K..?

Hi Jerald,
If you can eligible to get 80% loan, then you need to have cash for the remaining 20% + stampduty (10%+3%) + legal fee.
