Is it common to have an en-bloc clause in the tenancy agreement at Lincoln Suites? Since it's a new building I guess there is no danger it will be sold en-bloc to tear it down...but still wondering before I sign.

Hi, this en-bloc clause in the TA serves as a general agreement between the 2 parties. And it is common to be there at all times.
