Is it common nowadays to sell property coming to 40 years mark at loss / negative sale proceeds?
If I sell my property (HDB) above market valuation but negative sale proceed, after sales proceed settled the outstanding loan first, the remaining proceeds refund back to my CPF. Do I need to write in appeal to CPF for the shortfall or is it automatically waived off?
Also how to pay the Option Fee & Option Exercise Fee back to CPF? How to pay agent’s commission? Do I pay the agent directly or to the company?
