Hi Apple,

My honest opinion is that you should not invest in the 1BR at upcoming The Alps condo. This is because there is a huge supply of condo developments coming up around the vicinity and with the limited pool of tenants, it will be challenging for you to rent out your unit in the future.

Moreover, 1BR are appealing to expat tenants if they are located in town or near town which is certainly not the location of The Alps. Tenant profile in Tampines are usually couples or family who are looking for at least a 2BR unit.
