If you are seriously considering purchasing a unit for investment in Singapore for rental returns, perhaps you should consider projects with dual key units to maximise the returns and reduce the risks. Each individual projects will have their merit selling points therefore it definitely will boil down to the individual purchaser's perspective of what is the appealing point. For your information, I do have a boutique freehold project in D15 Haig Road with balance handful of dual key 2 bedroom unit for sale. All 3 bedrooms dual key units have been snapped up.
