Sometimes listers might not reply to enquiries because listing has been optioned but waiting for buyer to exercise.

Hi Ms. Julie,

1) Under this portal only licensed and subscribed real estate professionals are allowed to put up an advertisement here.
2) You may find other portals that are listed by the owners themselves.
3) I also find difficulties contacting some of the listings in this portal. The only explanation is there are always black sheep in every trade.
4) We are still able to find a lot of responsive agents on most of the listings. Just ignore those listing that is not responsive.
