Is Airbnb violating Singapore law by renting a unit which locate on the 2nd floor in Waterloo Centre to a student for 3.5 months? How do I get an official certificate that the property belongs to HDB? Where can I file a complaint against my landlord and get my rent back? Thanks very much

f you have evidence of the short-term rental agreement and suspect an HDB violation:

Contact HDB: Report the violation to HDB's Enforcement Branch. They will investigate and potentially take action against your landlord.
