Is 800 units in a condo project consider a lot? If for investment, do I need to take number of unit in a condo into consideration?

Hi,

In my opinion, location precedes project size in terms of consideration for investment. There are many projects in excess of 800 units that are excellent in both capital appreciation and rental yield e.g. City Square Residences (910 units).
