Interest in the coming condo launch at former site of Green Lodge. 1% booking fee already prepared for est of 4-room cond , but I want to know what loan can be offered to me to tide me over before I sell my landed property when condo TOP in approx. 2-3yrs time. Condo will be in my son's name to avoid 2nd property stamp fees charges.

Different banks would offer you different package and log in rates, so it is good to find out from various banks and pick one that suits you. And by the way, DBS bank is one of those that has the lowest legal fee at 2.6k to 2.8k.
