My recommendation is just submit accordingly and try. Bonuses, depending on whether of recurring nature, may or may not be fully recognized, hence you might still fall under 12k income ceiling. Thanks and hope it clarifies. You may wish to consider resale hdb or New EC should you no longer qualify for BTOs. Thanks and all the best to your housing plans.

The income ceiling for BTO is based on your monthly basic salary; I'd suggest you get a HLE from HDB, and if you do get it, you would probably qualify for BTO.

Hi Ms Jo,

For bonus, if they are not on a recurring basis, it will not be taken into consideration.

You may also want to consider an Executive Condo (EC) since you will be able to afford comfortably with your combined income. There are a lot of advantages for getting an EC such as good entry price levels and future potential capital appreciation.
