It really depends on how much you intend to spend in terms of advertisements and marketing in order to reach out to the right pool of tenants. Chances are, more than 50% of the responses to your advertisements will be real estate salespersons. While I agree with your objective of generating a decent rental yield from this transaction, we may also need to factor in the probable vacant period throughout the marketing phase. If you are confident in reaching out to the right pool of tenants as effectively as a professional salesperson with an already established network of cobroke partners and tenants, then you should do it on your own. Otherwise I would say it will still be good to work with a handful of partners on this rental assignment.
