Hi Cindy,

If the agent serving you is not collecting any agent fees from the owner, he/she can collect from you. As for the amount, it has to be agreeable by you and the agent. If you are unable to agree with the terms and conditions put up, you may opt to look for alternative place of accomodation for rental.
