In March 2013, My tenant signed on 2 year rental agreement with 12+2 diplomatic clause. Now wants to vacate this month and asking me to forfeit his deposit. Isnt the diplomatic clause supposed to protect me as landlord atleast during first 12 months? Can I force the tenant to pay rent in lieu of diplomatic clause. Please help.
